- Imprecious Entertainment Services Handles the Business Management for Keyonn(model), Allstar Productions,6Teen, Da Paper Boi, SG, Paper City, and Playboy Da Don. From 1989 to the present I have been actively engaged in the bookkeeping business working for various small business; Day cares, car washes, Independent record labels, and churches. Acting as a notary in the State of Florida since 2002. Preparing taxes since 1993. Performing artist development for independent labels since 1991 duties including making sure the artist had all the appropriate affiliations(bmi,ascap, etc) that the artist name is trademarked, matching their look to their lyrics, etc. maintaining their project schedule and maintaining the contractors working on the project were meeting the deadlines, etc. Document Preparation since 2001 Articles of Incorporation, Wills, Divorce etc. All forms ready to file.
